Donaldson delivered strong financial results in fiscal 2026, achieving record sales and earnings performance. Fourth-quarter sales increased 8% to $1.1 billion, supported by improved profitability and solid operational execution across the business. For the full fiscal year, sales reached $3.9 billion, representing a 5.3% increase compared to fiscal 2025. A key milestone during the year was the successful acquisition of Facet, which further strengthens Donaldson’s position in the durable aerospace, defense, and power generation markets. The acquisition contributed positively to sales and enhanced the company’s portfolio in key growth sectors. Donaldson joined Enbridge and other partners in Callahan County, Texas, to celebrate the completion of Phase One of the Sequoia Solar project, a major milestone in scaling renewable energy infrastructure. The initial phase began delivering electricity in early 2026, and the operational milestone was recognized at the ribbon-cutting event.
